Recall.ai is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for a proactive, analytical, and technically adept Revenue Operations Manager to be the founding member of our RevOps team. In this role, you will directly influence revenue growth by optimizing sales processes, enhancing forecasting, and driving operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with the VP of Sales, our co-founder, as well as cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance), to ensure data quality, process optimization, and actionable insights. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with the potential to transition into a leadership position as the team and company continue to scale.
CRM & Data Integrity: Oversee CRM hygiene, automation, and optimization for accurate sales data and accessible insights.
Forecasting & Pipeline Analysis: Develop and refine forecasting models; align assumptions with sales leadership.
Reporting & Analytics: Create dashboards for key metrics (conversion rates, deal velocity, revenue trends). Conduct root cause analyses for continuous improvement.
Process Optimization & Efficiency: Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks; implement workflows and automations.
Tech Stack Management: Manage the sales tech ecosystem (CRM, analytics tools), recommending enhancements to boost efficiency.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Develop enablement resources; partner with Marketing & Product on lead generation, handoffs, and expansion strategies.
Territory & Account Strategy: Define and optimize sales territories, ensuring adequate coverage and resource allocation.
Compensation & Enterprise Readiness: Administer sales compensation plans and support the Enterprise sales launch with scalable processes.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SQL (test required), plus hands-on CRM (Close, HubSpot) and data visualization experience (Metabase)
Analytical & Process Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, conduct root cause analyses, and drive process improvements.
Sales Enablement Background: Familiarity with sales methodologies and enablement best practices.
Experience: 3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or similar in a SaaS environment; success in cross-functional collaboration.
Work Style: Must be in office 4 days/week (5 during ramp); detail-oriented, data-driven, and adept at influencing without direct authority.
Establish RevOps Foundations: As the first hire, lay the groundwork for process excellence.
Drive Growth: Own forecasting, pipeline analysis, sales capacity planning, incentive design, and automation projects.
Annual Planning: Collaborate with Finance and leadership to set targets, allocate resources, and optimize incentives.
Scale & Leadership: Develop processes to support an Enterprise sales team, with a pathway to a potential leadership role.
